Green Mountain Falls Cottage/ EV Charger & HOT TUB

The cottage is small but cozy. Perfect for a couple or small family.

This is a decent place 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen. The kitchen seemed updated but some things were very dated. Example in the master there was a dated ceiling fan, no remote. If you wanted the fan on but the light off at night you are climbing on the bed and pulling strings. The lighting in and outside the home was pretty bad. I also thought the linens could use updating. Felt very old fashioned. Crisp white linens with a couple of choices of newer pillows would have been better. A Keurig would have been better than a regular coffee pot.There was a bear alarm near the garbage can which is right by the master bedroom window. I didn’t figure out what the crazy sound was that was waking me every night until we checked out and took the garbage out. I get the need but maybe put it in the listing or in your check in info. I didn’t use the hot tub but it’s a nice touch. TV in all rooms is nice. Walking distance to main part of town was convenient. I think overall it’s a decent place but could use a few things that would make it better and more appealing. Host was good at responding.

Love Green Mountain Falls! This cabin provided everything we needed enjoy our stay. They siren to scare away the animals from the trash was a new one for us but once we figured out the crazy sound it was all good!

Perfect for a family of four. Great location -close to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and Woodland Park Walmart. Owner was quick to respond to needs. We enjoyed the patio and hot tub each day.
